GENERAL TERMS

Transgender

Identifying with a gender other than the one you were assigned at birth

Nonbinary

A gender identity that falls out of the binary "man" and "woman." Can be used as an umbrella term or label on its own.

Transmasculine/Transmasc

Defined as: "a gender identity where one was assigned female at birth (AFAB), but identifies fully or partially as a man or [as] another gender(s) with significant amounts of masculinity."
I use this term because although i identify as a person that is mostly genderless, i feel as if my gender is very connected to masculinity.
